Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days within South Africa. Express options are available at checkout if you need your items sooner.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to South Africa, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Shipping rates and times vary by destination.

Will “Kinkora” appear on my bank statement?
To ensure your privacy, charges will appear discreetly on your statement as “Kinkora Ecommerce” or a similar neutral descriptor.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item?
Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on lingerie, sex toys, or personal care items once the packaging has been opened. If an item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
